1. Agreement to Terms

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Crypto Attention FZCO, a United Arab Emirates company registered under Licence Number DMCC-806230, with its registered office at Unit No: UT-12-CO-5, DMCC Business Centre, Level No 12, Uptown Tower, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website at cryptoattention.com (the “Website”), including the Crypto Attention platform, content, and features offered on or through the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at cryptoattention.com/privacy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

2. Description of the Website

Crypto Attention is an AI-powered platform that aggregates thousands of crypto-related news sources, clusters related coverage into narratives, and ranks those narratives by a real-time public attention score. The Website also provides asset and currency rating classifications, a resources section with informational articles, and related content.

Certain features of the Website are available free of charge. Certain expanded features and content require registration and a paid subscription, as described in Section 4 below.

The Website does not offer trading, custody, wallet, or token-related services, and does not facilitate the buying, selling, transfer, or storage of any cryptoasset. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation of any financial product, security, token, cryptoasset, or investment strategy.

You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions. Crypto Attention FZCO does not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information, narratives, attention scores, or ratings provided on the Website.

3. Eligibility

The Website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Website is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, any person in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to local law or regulation.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

To access certain features of the Website, you may need to register an account, providing your name, email address, and a password. Account registration and authentication are managed through AWS Cognito.

Certain content and features are available only to paid subscribers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and processed through our payment processor, Tap Payments. By subscribing, you authorise us and Tap Payments to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms presented to you at checkout and in your account settings. We reserve the right to modify subscription tiers, features, or pricing from time to time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Contact and Inquiry Forms

The Website allows you to submit a contact or inquiry form by providing your name, email address, inquiry type, and a message. By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you consent to our processing of that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 6.1 Our Content

• Any collection or redistribution of narratives, attention scores, ratings, or other data displayed on the Website
• Any derivative use of the Website or its contents
• Any use of data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools
• Any attempt to circumvent access restrictions applicable to paid subscription content

6.3 Trademarks

Crypto Attention, the Crypto Attention logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Crypto Attention FZCO or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material, including spam, junk mail, or similar solicitations
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Crypto Attention FZCO, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity

We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of this information.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYPTO ATTENTION FZCO, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE.

14.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing in this clause affects any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

16.4 Assignment
